- When will the order be shipped?
We commission the parcel service or the forwarding agent after receipt of payment. You will receive a separate shipping mail.
- How long does the delivery take or when will it be delivered?
The delivery time usually takes about 1-2 working days within Germany. We cannot inform you about the actual delivery time. The delivery takes place in principle from Monday-Friday from 7-17 o'clock without the deliverer announcing himself by telephone in advance. This depends on the respective route of the parcel service or the forwarding agency. Parcel by DPD can also be delivered on saturdays.
- Which parcel service is used for delivery?
Parcels such as screens, bamboo carpets, children's beds, metal beds, swinging chairs, rocking chairs, home accessories, etc. are shipped with DPD. Larger parcels such as bamboo beds, seating groups, dining tables etc. are sent with the forwarding agent.
- To where is delivery made?
The parcel service delivers the order to the apartment door. If the order is delivered by a forwarding agent, the delivery is made to the curb.
- Do you also deliver to packing stations?
Unfortunately, we cannot offer delivery to a Packstation due to the size of the packages.
- Do you also deliver abroad?
Our offers include the countries to which we ship. If you cannot find your country, please feel free to contact us.
- What do I have to bear in mind for delivery?
Please check the goods for transport damage upon delivery. If there is any damage, please make a note with the carrier or parcel service and inform us (firstname.lastname@example.org).
- Where is my shipment?
If your order has not arrived in time, you can of course contact us by phone (0391/ 8189674) or by e-mail (email@example.com). Our friendly team will be happy to help you so that your shipment arrives on time. We can also send you the consignment number or consignment tracking on request.
- What happens if I am not found?
If you are not found, the parcel service or shipping company will leave a message for you to pick up the goods or ask for a new delivery attempt on a certain date. Alternatively, the deliverer will try the neighbour's house.
2. return shipment
- How can I return the order?
If you would like to return your order, it would be advisable to contact us in advance by phone (0391/ 8189674) or by e-mail (firstname.lastname@example.org). Please have your customer number or invoice number and the date of delivery ready. Please also state the reason for the return.
The customer service will provide you with all information about the return of the order.
Please avoid damage and contamination of the goods. If possible, please return the goods to us in their original packaging with all accessories and with all packaging components. If you no longer have the original packaging, please ensure sufficient protection against transport damage by using suitable packaging. - What is my right of withdrawal?

When is the refund for a return shipment made?
After receipt of goods, the return shipment will be checked for completeness and defects. Subsequently, within the refund period, the refund will be made depending on the method of payment of the incoming payment (in case of bank transfer as credit to the bank account, in case of Paypal payment to the deposited Paypal account, in case of credit card payment to the credit card account).

- What do I do if the package is damaged or delivered incorrectly?
Please excuse us if you have received a defective, damaged or wrong item.
Please check the goods for transport damage upon delivery. If there is any damage, please make a note to the carrier or parcel service. In case of a complaint or transport damage please contact us by mail (email@example.com) or by phone (0391/ 8189674). Please have your customer number or invoice number as well as the delivery date ready. Photos of the damage and the outer packaging are very helpful.
Possible problems can usually be solved quickly and easily and we would be pleased to receive a positive evaluation.
- How can I pay?
You have the following payment methods to choose from: Bank transfer, Paypal, cash on collection, purchase on account, credit card, Amazon Pay or Klarna. Please note that if you pay by bank transfer, Paypal or credit card, we will not ship your order until we have received your payment.
- What do I enter as reason for payment?
Please enter your last name when making payment.
- How do I get an invoice?
After receipt of payment we will send you the invoice directly by mail. If you need an additional invoice, you can request it from our customer service free of charge.
