We will commission the parcel service or the forwarding agent after receipt of payment. You will receive a shipping email separately.
The delivery time usually takes around 1-2 business days within Germany. We cannot provide the exact delivery time in each case. Deliveries are generally made from Monday to Friday, from 7 am to 5 pm, without the delivery driver contacting you in advance. This depends on the specific route of the parcel service or the freight carrier. GLS packages are also delivered on Saturdays.
Items such as room dividers, bamboo rugs, children's beds, metal beds, rocking chairs, swing chairs, home accessories, etc. are shipped using GLS. Larger packages such as bamboo beds, seating groups, dining tables, etc. are shipped using a freight carrier.
The parcel service delivers the order up to the apartment door. For deliveries via freight carrier, the delivery is made to the curbside.
Unfortunately, we cannot offer delivery to a parcel station due to the size of the packages.

Our friendly team will be happy to assist you to ensure that your shipment arrives on time. We can also provide you with the tracking number or tracking information upon request.
If you are not present, the parcel service or the freight carrier will leave a message for you. You can use this message to either pick up the goods or request a re-delivery at a specific time. Alternatively, the delivery driver may attempt to deliver to a neighbor.
If you wish to return your order, it would be advisable to contact us in advance by phone (0391/8189674) or by email (email@example.com). Please have your customer number or invoice number, as well as the delivery date, ready. Also, provide the reason for the return.
You will receive all information regarding the processing of your order from customer service.
Please avoid damaging or contaminating the goods. Kindly return the items in their original packaging, including all accessories and packaging components. If you no longer have the original packaging, please ensure sufficient protection against transport damage with suitable packaging. After receiving the returned goods, the return will be checked for completeness and defects. Subsequently, the refund will be processed within the refund period, depending on the payment method used (bank transfer for bank account payments, credit to the registered PayPal account for PayPal payments, credit to the credit card account for credit card payments).
