Shipping & Delivery

We arrange for the parcel service or freight carrier after receiving payment. You will receive a separate shipping confirmation email.

The delivery time within Germany is usually around 1–2 business days. We cannot provide an exact delivery time. Delivery generally takes place from Monday to Friday between 7 am and 5 pm without the driver calling in advance. This depends on the respective route of the parcel service or freight carrier. For deliveries abroad, the delivery time may vary (usually 3–5 business days).

Shipments such as room dividers, children’s beds, metal beds, rocking chairs, swing chairs, home accessories, etc. are shipped with GLS. Larger items such as seating sets, dining tables, kitchen units, etc. are shipped via freight forwarding.

The parcel service delivers the order to your front door. For deliveries by freight carrier, the delivery is made to the curbside.

Unfortunately, we cannot offer delivery to a parcel station due to the size of the packages.

The countries we ship to are listed in our offers. If you cannot find your country in the list, please feel free to contact our customer service.

Please check the goods for any transportation damages upon delivery. If any damage is present, please make sure to note it with the freight carrier or parcel service and notify us (info@homestyle4u.de).

If your order has not arrived on time, you are of course welcome to contact us by phone (+49 391 8189674) or by email (info@homestyle4u.de). Our friendly team will be happy to assist you to ensure that your shipment reaches you promptly. We can also provide you with the tracking number or shipment tracking information upon request.

If you were not at home when delivery was attempted, the parcel service will usually try to leave the package with a neighbor. If the neighbor is also not available, your parcel will be taken to the nearest parcel shop. Please check your emails for the pickup instructions provided by the delivery service.

Complaint & Returns

Simply use our link https://www.gls-returns.com/#/m/homestyle4u to create a return label (for parcel‑sized shipments). Please note that the return shipping costs are borne by the customer. By using the label, you agree that €15 per label will be deducted from your refund.

If the return shipment needs to be handled by a freight carrier, please inform our customer service so that an appointment can be arranged.

Please avoid any damage or contamination of the goods. If possible, send the goods back in their original packaging with all accessories and all packaging components. If you no longer have the original packaging, please ensure sufficient protection against transport damage by using suitable packaging.

After the goods have been received, the return will be checked for completeness and defects. The refund will then be processed within the refund period, depending on the payment method used for the original order (for bank transfer payments as a credit to your bank account, for PayPal, Klarna or AmazonPay payments to the account stored with the respective service).

Please check the goods for transport damage upon delivery. If any damage is present, please be sure to note this with the freight carrier or parcel service. In the event of a complaint or transport damage, you have several options to contact us:

Please have your customer number or invoice number as well as the delivery date ready. Photos of the damage and the outer packaging are very helpful for quick and straightforward processing.

Payment & Contact

You can choose from the following payment methods: bank transfer, PayPal, cash payment upon collection at our warehouse in Magdeburg, Amazon Pay, or Klarna. Please note that we will ship your order only after receipt of payment.

Immediately after placing your order, you will receive an email with all the important details for the bank transfer. Using your order number as the payment reference is recommended.

After receipt of payment, we will send the invoice directly by email. If you have not received it, you are welcome to request the invoice via chat or email from our customer service.
